A workspace owner or admin completes the application. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or a particular limit. ## Before you apply[Link to this section](#before-you-apply) You need a US-based workspace, owner or admin access, and a verified company email on your account. Flyweel asks you to verify one if it is missing. ## Apply for capital[Link to this section](#apply-for-capital) The application is the Cards setup flow. Follow [Set Up Cards](/docs/cards/get-started) and, when asked how your cards should be funded, choose **Credit line** for capital mode. The choice is locked once your account is created. Three things are specific to capital mode: - **Identity verification** in the card partner’s form is where underwriting starts. - **Approval comes before your limit.** You can issue a card as soon as the account is approved, but your limit may still be pending. It appears on the Cards page as soon as underwriting sets it. - **Repayment is monthly.** Your outstanding statement balance is automatically debited on each monthly payment date. ## After you apply[Link to this section](#after-you-apply) When the verification form closes, Flyweel shows one of these outcomes and emails workspace owners and admins: | Outcome | What it means | What to do | | --- | --- | --- | | Approved | Your card account is active. | Select **Issue card**. | | In review | The card partner is still deciding. Most applications are decided the same day, and typically within two business days. | Wait for the email. | | Needs more information | The card partner needs something more from you. | Check your email, then select **Resume application** in Cards. | | Declined | The card partner could not open an account right now. Flyweel cannot overturn the decision. | Check your email. Your circumstances can change, and you are welcome to apply again later. | ## Change or withdraw your details[Link to this section](#change-or-withdraw-your-details) The account mode cannot be changed in the app once it is created. It sends your business and identity details to the card partner for review. It does not guarantee approval or a limit. ### Who can apply? Workspace owners and admins with a verified company email can apply for a US-based workspace. ### When will I hear back? Most applications are decided the same day, and typically within two business days. Flyweel emails workspace owners and admins with the outcome, and the status shows in Cards. ## Card disclosure 1 1 Flyweel partners with CapitalOS for Flyweel Capital Card. Cards are issued by First Internet Bank of Indiana, pursuant to a license from Visa Inc. ## Card disclosure 2 2 Flyweel Capital Card is a pay in full charge card. Any outstanding statement balance will be automatically debited on each monthly payment due date from your designated bank account or Flyweel Balance. If your account cannot be successfully debited on the payment due date, your card may be locked and you won't be able to make new purchases until your balance has been repaid. Late fees may apply. ## Card disclosure 3 3 Your business performance is used and periodically reviewed to assess qualification for initial credit and future credit increases.
