Flyweel then appears in the tool menu of any chat. No Developer mode, no server URL, no API key. --- ## Before you start[Link to this section](#before-you-start) - A paid ChatGPT plan (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Edu). Apps are not available on the free tier. - A Flyweel account at [app.flyweel.co](https://app.flyweel.co). Signing up is free. You do **not** need an ad platform connected first. You can do that from inside ChatGPT in Step 3. --- ## Step 1: Add the Flyweel app[Link to this section](#step-1-add-the-flyweel-app) ### Open the listing Go to the [Flyweel app in the ChatGPT directory](https://chatgpt.com/plugins/plugin_asdk_app_69707479f54081919cceb84b1088baf4). You can also find it by searching **Flyweel** under **Apps & Connectors** in ChatGPT settings. ### Click Connect ChatGPT opens a Flyweel window to authorise the connection. ## Step 2: Sign in and approve[Link to this section](#step-2-sign-in-and-approve) ### Sign in to Flyweel Use your email and password, or **Continue with Google**. If you are already signed in, this step is skipped. ### Approve access The consent screen lists what the app can access. It is read-only on your ad platforms. Click **Authorize**. You are returned to ChatGPT with Flyweel connected. There is no token to store or rotate. To disconnect later, go to **Settings → Apps & Connectors** in ChatGPT and remove Flyweel. That revokes the authorisation immediately. ## Step 3: Connect an ad platform[Link to this section](#step-3-connect-an-ad-platform) If you have not connected Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads to Flyweel yet, do it without leaving ChatGPT: ** ``` Connect my Google Ads account to Flyweel ``` Flyweel returns a secure authorisation link. Click it, approve access on the ad platform, and you land back on Flyweel with the account connected. Repeat for each platform. To check where you stand at any point: ** ``` What's my Flyweel setup status? ``` ## Step 4: Select accounts and sync[Link to this section](#step-4-select-accounts-and-sync) Flyweel only syncs the ad accounts you choose. ### List your accounts Ask: `Which ad accounts do I have available in Flyweel?` ### Select the ones you want Ask: `Select the Acme Retail and Acme Wholesale Google Ads accounts for syncing` ### Start the first sync Ask: `Start a Google Ads sync`, then `How's my sync going?` to check progress. Syncs are rate-limited to one per platform every five minutes, and Flyweel skips a sync when your data is already fresh. If it tells you the data is current, it is.
