Enable sync for desired Meta ad accounts --- ## Connections and Your Team[Link to this section](#connections-and-your-team) Every role can connect an ad platform to Flyweel. Once connected, the account joins your team’s shared set. Every member with the right role sees it, not just the person who connected it. Syncs run on the saved login of whoever connected the account. Teammates never see or hold it. Any member with campaign access can start a sync for a shared account. **When the connector leaves**: Removing the person who connected an account doesn’t stop it right away. Their saved connection keeps syncing until its token runs out. When that happens, members who can manage connections are told. Each gets an alert in the app and an email. The in-app toast is titled `{platform} needs re-authorization` with the message `A teammate's connection expired. Reconnect to restore syncing.` A member who can’t manage connections sees `Some accounts aren't syncing. Please ask your organization's admin who manages connections to reconnect.` instead. Any of them can reconnect with their own login. Those accounts then carry over on their own. Partial syncs tell you exactly what’s affected, e.g. `Synced 3 of 4 accounts — 1 could not be synced. 1 needs re-authorization.` CRM (Pipedrive) connections can’t be handed over yet. If the person who set one up leaves, that CRM sync stops without a prompt.
