Create or join a workspace
Sign up for Flyweel or accept your teammate’s invitation. If your company already has a workspace, ask an owner or admin to invite you.

Connect an advertising platform
Choose Connect beside Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads. Complete the platform’s authorization flow, select the advertising accounts you want in Flyweel, then save and start the first sync.

Complete your profile
Add your name and company details, then confirm the workspace currency and timezone.

Invite your team
Workspace owners and admins can invite teammates and assign the role that matches what each person needs to do.

US companies see an optional Card setup step during onboarding, where you choose debit mode or capital mode. Debit mode spends from a deposit you fund. Capital mode requires an application and approval. You can skip the step and finish later from Cards.
Performance CapitalLink to this section
US companies can apply for capital mode through Cards. Companies outside the United States can enter their country during setup and select Notify me to be emailed when cards reach them.

Which advertising platforms does Flyweel support?
Flyweel supports Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Connect each platform through its standard authorization flow, then choose the advertising accounts your workspace should use.
What do I need before starting with Flyweel?
You need a Flyweel workspace and access to at least one supported advertising account. The person connecting Google, Meta, or TikTok must have permission to authorize that platform and select its advertising accounts.
Do I need Flyweel Cards to use the app?
No. Cards and Performance Capital are optional. You can connect advertising and finance systems and use Flyweel’s ad operations features without setting up Cards.
