Connect your advertising platforms to power Flyweel with live data:
- Select platforms to integrate (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Click “Connect” and authorize each platform
- Complete OAuth flow for each connection

The entire onboarding process takes approximately 5 minutes and includes four steps: Account Setup, Workspace Setup, Business Model, and Data Connections.
What do I need before starting with Flyweel?
You need your full name, company name (if applicable), admin access to your advertising accounts (Google Ads or Meta Ads), and your website URL for business model configuration.
Can I skip steps during onboarding?
Yes, each onboarding step includes a “Skip” option if you want to complete it later. You can access skipped steps from your account settings after onboarding.
What account types can I choose during setup?
You can select either “Individual” (for solo advertisers or freelancers) or “Company” (for businesses, agencies, or teams) during the Account Setup step.
What company types does Flyweel support?
Flyweel supports Lead Generators, E-commerce businesses, Agencies, SaaS companies, and other business models, each with tailored insights for your specific needs.
Can I connect multiple ad accounts from the same platform?
Yes, during Data Connections you can connect unlimited ad accounts for each supported platform, including Google Ads Manager (MCC) accounts that automatically include all sub-accounts.
What happens after I connect my first platform?
Once you complete onboarding and connect your platforms, Flyweel begins syncing your historical campaign data (up to 2 years) and you’ll be directed to your dashboard.
Do I need to upload a logo during workspace setup?
No, the logo is optional during Workspace Setup. You can add or update your workspace logo at any time from account settings.
How quickly does Flyweel sync data from my advertising platforms?
After initial connection, Flyweel provides real-time sync with dashboard updates every 15 minutes and complete data refreshes every 4 hours.
What should I do if my platform connection fails during onboarding?
Ensure you have admin access to the advertising account, check that popup blockers aren’t interfering with OAuth, and contact team@flyweel.co if issues persist.
