Connect QuickBooks Online and your Flyweel card1 transactions land in your books without manual entry. Every ad charge on a Flyweel card, with merchant, amount, and date, plus your monthly statements.
What it doesLink to this section
- Card transactions from your Flyweel card account are pushed to QuickBooks Online.
- Monthly statements are available to your bookkeeper alongside the transactions.
- One connection per card account. Every card on the account is covered.
What it does not doLink to this section
- It does not sync ad platform invoices. Use the Xero integration for invoice reconciliation.
- It does not change anything in QuickBooks you entered yourself.
How to connectLink to this section
- Open Cards in Flyweel.
- Select Account actions.
- Select Connect to QuickBooks Online and sign in to QuickBooks.
- Authorize the connection and return to Flyweel.
You need a US card account and owner or admin access. If you have not set up Cards yet, start with Flyweel Cards or Performance Capital.
Xero and QuickBooks togetherLink to this section
Xero reconciles the invoices your ad platforms send. QuickBooks Online receives the card charges that paid for them. Run both and your spend is covered from invoice to payment.
