What ad platforms does reconciliation support?
Meta Ads is live. Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads are on the roadmap. We add new platforms based on user demand.
What accounting software does it connect to?
Xero is fully supported today. QuickBooks support is on the roadmap. The system is designed to work with any double-entry accounting platform.
How does the matching work?
Flyweel pulls invoices from Meta via API, matches each to the correct Xero line item by account and amount, and syncs automatically. No manual data entry.
Can I upload receipts?
Yes. Upload PDF receipts and they are matched to corresponding invoices, then synced to Xero as attachments. Complete audit trail.
What happens when an invoice does not match?
Flyweel flags unmatched invoices for manual review. You see what matched, what did not, and why. No silent failures.
How many invoices can I sync per month?
The free plan includes 50 Xero syncs per month. Upgrade for unlimited. Invoices sync to Flyweel regardless of plan — the Xero sync is the gated feature.
Does it handle multiple currencies?
Yes. Amounts are shown in the original currency from the ad platform and converted to your primary currency for totals and reporting.
Does it handle multiple ad accounts?
Yes. All accounts are grouped by platform with individual and total summaries. Filter by any combination of accounts.
Can I filter invoices?
Filter by platform, account, currency, sync status, amount range, date range, or transaction ID. Active filter counts shown at a glance.
Is my financial data secure?
All connections use OAuth 2.0 with read-only access where possible. Financial data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never store payment credentials.
