# [v0.1.7] Invite your team: Members with roles are live

  

 Invite teammates on your company domain, give each a role, and share ad platform connections, campaigns, reports and invoices across your organization.

- Members is live under **Settings → Members**. Invite teammates on your own company email domain, and each one gets their own login. No more sharing the owner’s password to run campaigns.

- Four fixed roles: **Marketer** (campaigns, connections, report and billing viewing), **Manager** (adds CRM, report management, invoice viewing and inviting members), **Admin** (adds cards and invoice management; plan changes stay Owner-only), and **Owner** (everything; one per organization, not transferable).

- Connections, campaigns, reports and invoices become shared across the organization the moment an invite is accepted, filtered by what each role can see.

- Any member with campaign access can trigger a sync. It runs on the connection owner’s credentials; the member never sees or holds them.

- Teammates who sign up on the same company domain without an invite land on a waiting page instead of getting a separate account; an Owner, Admin or Manager approves or declines them from Members → Requests to join.

- If the person who connected an ad account leaves, that connection keeps syncing until its token expires. Everyone who can manage connections then gets a notification and an email, and whoever reconnects with their own login carries the affected accounts over automatically. Already-synced data isn’t affected.

- One plan now covers the whole organization, with no seat fees, and the Owner manages it.

- In-app notifications for invites accepted, requests to join and role changes. A role change also emails the member.

- The Owner can rename the organization from **Account & organization details**.

- Cross-domain collaborators: invites work only between addresses on the same company domain.

- Member cards: cards stay an Owner/Admin surface.
