Flyweel Is Now an App in ChatGPT

The Flyweel app is live in the ChatGPT app directory. Add it in one click, sign in with OAuth, and ChatGPT can read your Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and CRM data from Flyweel. Ask what you spent, what it returned, and whether the two line up. Access is read-only. ChatGPT reads your numbers. It cannot touch your campaigns.

What is the Flyweel app for ChatGPT?Link to this section

It is an official Flyweel listing in the ChatGPT app directory. Add it once and Flyweel appears in the tool menu of any chat, ready to query your own ad and CRM data.

There is no Developer mode, no server URL and no API key to copy, paste or rotate. The consent screen states plainly what the app can read. It is standard OAuth, and you can revoke it from Settings → Apps & Connectors in ChatGPT at any time.

Underneath, the app runs on the Flyweel MCP server, the same open Model Context Protocol endpoint that powers Flyweel in Claude, Cursor and every other MCP client. The directory listing just turns a config file into one click.

What can you ask it?Link to this section

Ad performance, in plain language:

What did I spend on Google Ads over the last 30 days?
Which campaigns had the highest cost per conversion last month?
Show weekly CTR and CPC for my Meta campaigns over the last 90 days

Revenue and pipeline, if you have a CRM connected to Flyweel:

How much revenue did we close last month?
Show deals won and average deal size by lead source this quarter
What's the total value of open pipeline right now?

And the questions most dashboards cannot answer in one go:

Which channel produced the most closed-won revenue per dollar spent this year?
Did the campaigns we scaled in the last 30 days actually produce deals?

That last one is the reason Flyweel exists. Money leaves today. Revenue lands weeks later. Answering it normally means pulling one export from the ad platforms, another from the CRM, and reconciling them by hand. Here it is a sentence.

The app reads spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, reach, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate and cost per conversion, grouped by channel, account, campaign, objective, week or month. On the CRM side: deals created, won, lost and open, revenue, pipeline value, average deal size, win rate and sales velocity in days, grouped by stage, lead source or source channel. Date ranges run from today out to the last 12 months, or any explicit dates you name.

The full prompt library lives in what you can ask.

Can ChatGPT change my campaigns?Link to this section

No. The connection is read-only against every ad platform. It cannot create, pause or edit campaigns. It cannot change budgets, bids or creative. Anything that spends money stays in your hands.

It also only sees the ad accounts you have selected for syncing inside Flyweel. Accounts you have not selected are invisible to it.

How do you set it up?Link to this section

About three minutes:

  1. Open the Flyweel listing in the ChatGPT directory and click Connect.
  2. Sign in to Flyweel and approve the read-only consent screen.
  3. If you have not connected an ad platform yet, ask Flyweel to connect Google Ads, Meta Ads or TikTok Ads. It hands you an authorisation link without you leaving the chat.
  4. Choose which ad accounts to sync, then ask it to start a sync and check the progress.

You need a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu, since apps are not available on the free tier) and a Flyweel account, which is free to create. The step-by-step version is in set up the Flyweel app in ChatGPT.

Add the app from the ChatGPT directory, or sign in to Flyweel and connect an ad platform first. Then ask it the only question that matters: did this dollar come back?

If anything looks off, troubleshooting covers the common cases.
