What You Can Ask the Flyweel App

Once the Flyweel app is connected, you can ask ChatGPT anything answerable from your ad and CRM data: “what did we spend on Meta last month?”, “which campaigns have the highest ROAS?”, “how much revenue came from paid search this quarter?”. Ask in plain language. Flyweel runs the query against your own data and ChatGPT explains the result. Below are prompts that work, followed by the full list of metrics and dimensions available.

Setup and connectionsLink to this section

What's my Flyweel setup status?
Which ad platforms are connected to Flyweel?
Connect my Meta Ads account
Which Google Ads accounts do I have available?
Select only the Acme Retail account for syncing

Syncing dataLink to this section

Start a Google Ads sync
How's my sync going?

Flyweel skips a sync when the data is already fresh, and limits syncs to one per platform every five minutes. Both are deliberate. They stop redundant pulls against the ad platform APIs.

Cross-channel: spend against revenueLink to this section

This is the question most dashboards cannot answer in one go.

Compare my Google and Meta ad spend over the last 60 days
Show me spend by channel next to revenue by source channel for last quarter
Which channel produced the most closed-won revenue per dollar spent this year?
Did the campaigns we scaled in the last 30 days actually produce deals?

You can also ask for explicit dates (“from 1 March to 15 April”) and Flyweel will use them.

What it can’t doLink to this section

  • No campaign changes. It cannot create, pause, or edit campaigns, budgets, bids, or creative. The connection is read-only against every ad platform.
  • No unselected accounts. It only sees ad accounts you have selected for syncing in Flyweel.
  • No unsynced history. It reports what has been synced. If a date range looks empty, run a sync first.
  • No raw platform access. It reads Flyweel’s unified data model, not the ad platform UIs.

Frequently asked questions

What can I ask the Flyweel app in ChatGPT?

Anything answerable from your ad and CRM data: spend by channel, campaign performance, CTR and CPC trends, cost per conversion, deals won, pipeline value, win rate, and comparisons between ad spend and revenue across any date range.

Which ad metrics can ChatGPT pull from Flyweel?

Spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, reach, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and cost per conversion, plus extended platform metrics such as frequency, purchases, and leads.

Can the Flyweel app answer questions about revenue?

Yes, if you have a CRM connected. It can report deals created, won, lost, and open, revenue, pipeline value, average deal size, win rate, and sales velocity in days, grouped by stage, lead source, or month.

Can I ask about Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads in the same question?

Yes. Ask something like 'compare my Google, Meta, and TikTok spend this month' and Flyweel returns all three in one answer, using the same date range and currency model.

How far back can the Flyweel ChatGPT app look?

Up to the last 12 months with built-in presets, or any explicit start and end date, limited by how much history you have synced into Flyweel.
