Flyweel Cards give you a dedicated way to pay for advertising and track card activity beside the rest of your ad operations. US companies choose debit or capital mode during setup. Debit mode spends from a deposit you fund. Capital mode is a pay in full charge card.2

You choose one mode for your card account during setup, and it cannot be changed in the app afterwards.
Outside the United States, enter your country during setup and select Notify me. Flyweel emails you when cards reach your country.
What you can do with CardsLink to this section
From the Cards workspace, you can:
- Check your card account status and limit.
- Issue and view cards.
- Set a budget on each card.
- Review recent activity and open a transaction to see merchant, location, and decline details.
- Open statements.
- Cancel a card from its details.
- Submit a dispute for an eligible transaction.
- Open Account actions to connect QuickBooks Online.
- Follow card, transaction, limit, and dispute notifications.
Who can manage cardsLink to this section
Workspace owners and admins can open and manage Cards. Other team roles do not have Cards access today. Applying also requires a verified company email on your account.
Your card account belongs to your Flyweel workspace. When you remove a teammate who holds cards, Flyweel asks what to do with each card: leave it active, freeze it, or cancel it. See Manage Cards.

Full card numbers, CVVs, and PINs stay in CapitalOS-hosted forms. Flyweel shows the information needed to manage your account, including card status, the last four digits, cardholder name, budget, and transaction activity.

Frequently asked questions
Are Flyweel Cards available outside the United States?
Cards are launching for US companies first. Outside the US, enter your country during setup and select Notify me . Flyweel emails you when cards reach your country.
Is capital mode a loan?
Capital mode is a pay in full charge card. The outstanding statement balance is automatically debited on the monthly payment date. Late fees may apply if the balance cannot be collected. 2
Can I switch between debit and capital mode later?
No. You choose the mode once, when your card account is created. To change it, contact team@flyweel.co.
Can every teammate see our cards?
No. Workspace owners and admins can access Cards. Managers and marketers do not have Cards access today.
Does Flyweel store my full card number?
No. Full card numbers, CVVs, and PINs stay in CapitalOS-hosted forms. Flyweel displays the card summary and activity needed to manage your workspace.

1 Flyweel partners with CapitalOS for Flyweel Capital Card. Cards are issued by First Internet Bank of Indiana, pursuant to a license from Visa Inc.
Card disclosure 2
2 Flyweel Capital Card is a pay in full charge card. Any outstanding statement balance will be automatically debited on each monthly payment due date from your designated bank account or Flyweel Balance. If your account cannot be successfully debited on the payment due date, your card may be locked and you won't be able to make new purchases until your balance has been repaid. Late fees may apply.

3 Your business performance is used and periodically reviewed to assess qualification for initial credit and future credit increases. If eligible, you will have the option to accept any future increases.
